Before, I’d get easily scared, but after going through all kinds of creepy scenes in games, I’ve learned how to handle that fear. It’s almost like practice, and I feel a lot braver now. I appreciate the confidence boost it gives me, which I didn’t expect from playing games. horror games are helping me manage fear better, even in real life.
