คือว่า จำลองเครื่องตัวเองเป็น server..
แล้วมีปัญหาเรื่อง url ที่เข้าจากเครื่องอื่น จะเข้าจาก localhost (เครื่องคนใช้)
ทำให้ไม่สามารถเข้าได้...

ลองทดสอบแก้ไขโดย ไม่กำหนดตัวแปรนี้ ผลที่ได้คือ http://localhost/index.php หรือhttp://index.php

ไม่ทราบว่า มีท่านผู้ใดรู้บ้างไมครับ ว่าต้องแก้ตรงไหนบ้าง...
